The Tri County grower’s Cooperative was founded in February of 2015 by local growers Alfonso Contrisciani and Thad Cooperrider—both of Thornville, Ohio. The cooperative is currently representing five growers with a combined acreage of 160 acres of fruit and vegetables. The cooperative has a diverse selection of clean, conventional, and organic products grown to the highest quality standards. Vegetables and produce are grown with the utmost care and attention then picked, washed, and packed for wholesale and retail distribution.
The cooperative also sells in-season from two local farm stands, one located in the Thornport area off of Route 13 & Boundaries Rd, and the second is located in Somerset, Ohio at the Somerset Farmers Market on the square in Somerset, Ohio. Cooperative President, Justin Hunter farms and resides in Licking County.
